With a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, I bring a strong educational foundation to my practice. Additionally, I am certified in Cultural Intelligence which provides me with a nuanced understanding of diverse backgrounds, ensuring that our work together honors and celebrates your individuality.

Coaching vs. Mental Health Therapy

Although I will be drawing from therapeutic expertise and experience, I will not be operating as a therapist including diagnosing or treating mental health disorders.
